By accessing or using Billyo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Billyo is a personal subscription management app that helps you track recurring subscriptions, monitor spending, and receive renewal reminders. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Billyo. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@billyo.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
- Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
6. Your Data

7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and code comprising the Billyo Service are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information displayed (including subscription amounts or dates) is accurate. Billyo is a personal tracking tool — always verify billing information directly with your subscription providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Billyo and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including missed subscription renewals or unexpected charges from third-party providers.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate courts.
